Within the last year I switched all of my business and personal insurance policies over to Mayville Insurance. Jenny Harbin has been awesome to work with, making sure that every detail is taken care of. We recently had a loss and needed to make a claim. Jenny often called to check on the progress and to make sure that we were happy with the service that we were receiving from the insurance company. If I had questions regarding the claim, she personally called the company and got my answers. Mayville Insurance has outstanding service!
You leave the office with the feeling like you got a good friend who keeps an eye on you and gets you what you need not what the big companies are pushing. I dont worry about asking around to people at work what they are paying for Car and Home insurance , because when Mayville Insurance finds a better deal on a quality policy ,they notify me without me having to ask if there is something better. They are the pleasant part of having insurance and the by far the best agency Ive ever had.

Fast, Friendly and reliable. Every time I talked to anyone in the office it was dealt with prompt, professional courtesy. I've never felt like I wasn't important to the agency.
Almost 15 years of great service. They switched me to a different home insurance because they didn't like how the company handled problems. I have home and auto with them and nobody can match their yearly price. If I ever have a question there is always someone who can answer it for me. There are no complaints from me. :) Diane
